Description

Clinical history : A 12 year old female with rhumatic fever for 3 weeks and developed acute left heart failure with fibrilationa and systolic noise over the apex of the heart.
Radiographic images show signs of pulmonary edema or rhumatic pneumonia.
Autopsy findings : 1. Acute rhumatic pancreatitis with vegetation of the aortis valve and tricuspid valve.
2. Rhumatic pneumonitis.
3. Chronic venous congestion.
Diagnosis: 1. Acute rheumatic pancreatitis.
2. rheumatic pneumonitis
