Description
Clinical history : A 40 year old male with lymphadenopathy and a disgnosis of malignnat lymphoma with a diffused growth pattern of the large cell type was made.
The patient was treated with chemotherapy and a splenectomy was done with bronchpneumonia.
Autopsy findings : 1. Malignnat lymhoma with attack of the lungs, colon, liver, pacreas, bone marrow, thyroid, adreanla glands and lymph nodes.
Diagnosis: Pronounced malignant lymphoma- diffused, large cell type especially in the left kidney
