Since the economic downturn in 2009 Cosira International found that the order winning criteria came down to supply price. The order qualifying criteria became reliable delivery and quick response times. This project will look at the Cosira Vulcan manufacturing plant and its operation. This workshop will be optimised though computer simulation in order to streamline the manufacturing process and thus increasing the potential profitability of the manufacturing division.en_US
