Description
Clinical history : A 33 year old female with clinical and histological diagnosis of multiphase glioblastoma.
She had undergone radiotherapy and had later developed increased intracranial pressure with tumor under the scalp and a pathological fracture of the humerus.
Autopsy findings : 1. Multiphase glioblastoma.
2. Outgrowths in the scalp in the region of the original operation wound.
3. Outgrowth in the right humerus.
4. basal atelectasis
Diagnosis: Multiphase glioblastoma of the left cerebral hemisphere with dural expansion
