Description
Clinical history : A 2 month old female with pulmonary tuberculosis and presented with enlarged lymph nodes and a biopsy of the neck lymph nodes was done which showed a tuberculosis lymphadenitis.
Autopsy findings : 1. Millary tuberculosis of the lungs, liver, spleen and kidney.
2. Tuberculosis lymphadenitis of the lymph glands in the neck.
Diagnosis: Congenital millary tuberculosis
