| dc.description.abstract | Construction began on the Agricultural Sciences building in 1968 when it became evident that the Old Agricultural building could no longer accommodate the increasing student numbers. Located between the old Christian Brothers’ College and Loreto Monastery School, it was the first large building to be constructed on the eastern side of the campus. The building was inaugurated in March 1972 by the then Minister of Agriculture Mr D C H Uys. | en_US |
