Description
Clinical history : A 12 year old girl with a large tumour of the left femur.
Clinical diagnosis of Ewing sarcoma was made.
Laparotomy to exclude diagnosis of metastatic neuroblastoma showed normal adrenal glands.
Diagnosis: Ewing sarcoma
