Abstract
Photograph depicting a chest of drawers of the linenfold low type with a shaped top, probably from the late 18th century. It has heavy, squat cabriole legs terminating in ball-and-claw feet. Photograph probably considered for prof. Geoffrey Pearse's book "Eighteenth Century Furniture in South Africa", but never included.
