Description
Clinical history : A 25 year old female patient with diagnosis of Cushing syndrome of two years duration.| Serumcortisol and L7-corticosteroid values were raised and computer scan showed a tumour situated above the left kidney.
Left-sided nephrectomy and adrenalectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Carcinoma of the adrenal gland causing Cushing syndrome.
