Description
Clinical history : A 14 year old female with long history of vesico-uteral reflux.
The patient developed progressive chronic kidney failure and was treated with heamodialysis and a bilateral nephrectomy was done before a kidney transplant.
Autopsy findings :
Diagnosis: Chronic pyelonephritis as a result of chronic reflux
