Description

Clinical history : A 59 year old female with hypertension and heart failure with signs of stupor and acute kidney failure.
The patient had been taking Grandpa powders for a long time.
Autopsy findings : 1. Concentric hypertrophy of the left ventricle with coronary atherosclerosis and thrombosis and myocardial fibrosis.
2. Anageletic nephritis with bilateral and old papillary necrosis.
3. Venous congestion.
Diagnosis: Analgesic nephritis
