Description
Clinical history : A 15 year old female with a history of haematuria for 18 months and epistaxis for 3 days.
The patient had aluminium in the urine and blood pressure of 210/140 and blood urea of 130 mg.%.
Autopsy findings : 1. Subacute glomerulonephritis.
2. Acute pyelonephritis.
3. Malignant or benign nephrosclerosis.
4. Acute tubular necrosis.
Diagnosis: Subacute glomerulonephritis with malignant
