Description
Clinical history : A 50 year old male with a 2 week history of a tumor in the right shaft and a tumor in the muscle tissue of the back.
After investigation, enlarged lymph nodes and a mass in the right latissimus dorsi muscle and collapse of the vertebral column was found.
Diagnosis: Metastatic adenocarcinoma with tissue stroma
