Abstract

Description

Clinical history : A 55 year old female with a history of jaundice for 3 weeks and alcholism.
Investigation showed signs of pulmonary erythema and spider angioma with pronounced jaundice.
Autopsy findings : 1. Alchoholic cirrhois with acute alcoholic hepatitis.
2. Mature interstiteal fibrosis of the myocardium.
3. Mild chronic pancreatitis.
Diagnosis: Acute alcoholic hepatitis with micronodular cirrhosis
