Description
Clinical history : A white male 34 years old with subarachnoid haemorrhage due to cerebral aneurysm. The aneurysm was clamped in November 1966 but the patient remained combative for a year.
Autopsy findings : 1. Signs of old subarachnoid haemorrhage with internal hydrocephalus. 2. Aneurysm of circle of Willis at junction of anterior communicating and anterior cerebral artery.
Diagnosis: Aneurysm of circle of Willis, old subarachnoid haemorrhage and internal hydrocephalus.
