Clinical history : A 29 year old male with pain in the chest, coughing and hemoptysis and a little dyspnea was found.
Autopsy findings : Atherosclerosis and thrombosis of the left coronary artery with myocardial infraction and mural thrombosis.
Diagnosis: Coronary thrombosis with myocardial infarction and mural thrombosis
