Description
Clinical history : A 17 year old female with infrequent menstruation and period of amenorrhea for 4 months and was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy.
After investigation, the patient exhibited hirsutisme with an enlarged clitorus and high levels of testosterone.
A cystic mass was found on the right side of the uterus and the left ovary was enlarged and the left had shrunk.
Diagnosis: Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor
