Description
Clinical history : A female child 4 years old with severe abdominal distension.
Examination showed a large tumour in the right hypochondrium and the patient died unexpectedly before treatment could be given.
Autopsy findings : 1. Large tumour of the right kidney adhering to the under surface of the liver.
2. Hypostatic congestion.
Diagnosis: Nephroblastoma
