Description
Clinical history : A 63 year old female who has been treated for hypertension.
4 months prior to death, the patient complained of headache and poor vison.
Autopsy findings : 1. A large aneurysm of the tricuspid valve of the internal carotid artery on the left side.
2. Subarachnoid bleeding.
3. Atherosclerosis with arteriosclerosis.
Diagnosis: Aneurysm of the trifurcation of the left internal carotid artery
