Description
Clinical history : A 51 year old male with porgresisce kidney failure for 5 years and the patient later had a kidney transplant befor death.
After operation, the patient could not pass urine and later died from pneumonia despite testing negative.
Autopsy findings : 1. End stage kidney failure due to chronic pyelonephritis.
2. Kidney transplant with acute rejection.
3. Bronchopneumonia.
4. Acute or chronic pancreatitis.
Diagnosis: Acute or chronic pancreatitis
