Developing a point of orientation whereby users can navigate the Pretoria inner city. Integrating public resources to promote efficient and integrated public service delivery. Gateway to mark entry to the city at Boom street, along Paul Kruger street to act as a catalytic intervention for the regeneration of the northern district.
