Description
Clinical history : A 16 year old patient brought up as a boy developed breasts and external female appearance.
Enlarged clitoris was present and skin biopsy chromatin positive.
At operation a left ovary and right-sided ovotestis was present. Bilateral oophorectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Hermaphrodism
