Description
Clinical history : A 9 year old female with epilepsy from the age of 17 months whch were often uncontrollable and later developed status epilepticus.
The patient reported left dspastic paralysis and homonymous hemianopia.
An operation to the right occipital and temporal lobes was removed and the patient shortly after surgery.
Autopsy findings : 1. Right subdural hematoma.
2. Hemi-atrophy of the brain.
Diagnosis: Atrophy with attack of the right cerebral and left cerebellar hemispheres
