Description
Clinical history : A 45 year old female patient complained of persistent vaginal bleeding for four months.
Her previous pregnancy was 6 years ago.
Uterine curettage showed signs of choriocarcinoma, although pregnancy tests were negative.
Hysterectomy and salpingo-oophorectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Choriocarcinoma.
Granulosa and theca lutein cysts of ovaries
