Description
Clinical history : A 20 month old male with signs of obstructive urinary disease.
Autopsy findings : Septum of the bladder with ureter openings on both sides of the septum.
The right compartment was lovked and the left compartment communicated with the urethra.
Diagnosis: Innate midline septum in the bladder
