Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 26 day old child with congenital heart disease and presented with cyanosis, supported breathing, enlarged heart and liver and systolic murmur.
Autopsy findings : 1. Idiopathic arterial calcification.
2. Complications of the coronary, thyroid and pancreatic arteries as well as the abdominal aorta and common iliac arteries.
3. Cardiomegaly and left ventricular myocardial infraction.
Diagnosis: Idiopathic arterial calcification of child years with myocardial infarction
