Clinical history : A 83 year old female with post-menopausal bleeding.
A D+K was done and the histology was a mixed mesodermal of the uterus.
The uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes and ovaries were removed.
Diagnosis: Mixed mesodermal wash of the uterus
