Description
Clinical history : A 3 year old child with a large bilateral abdominal mass.
The clinical diagnosis of the bilateral polycystic kidneys which had led to uraemia present.
Autopsy findings : 1. Bilateral polycystic kidneys.
2. Cystic hematoma of the gallbladder and pancreatic ducts.
3. Left ventricular hypertrophy.
4. Terminal uraemia.
Diagnosis: Bilateral polycystic kidney
