Description
Clinical history : A 13-year old girl with history of jaundice was diagnosed with chronic hepatitis and given steroid therapy.
Signs of Cushing syndrome developed and the patient died in liver failure.
Autopsy findings : 1. Prominent features of Cushing syndrome.
2. Post-collapse liver cirrhosis.
Diagnosis: Post-collapse cirrhosis
