Description
Clinical history : A 54 year old man admitted to hospital in a terminal ill condition had opacity of the whole of the right lung on X-ray examination.
Differential diagnosis of tuberculosis, metastatic tumour or pulmonary adenomatosis was made.
Autopsy findings : 1. Acute bronchitis and confluent bronchopneumonia of right lung.
2. Acute and chronic pancreatitis with stones in the pancreatic duct.
Diagnosis: Acute and chronic pancreatitis with stones in pancreatic duct.
