Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 71-year old male patient admitted to,the coronary unit with backache between shoulder blades.
He died within 24 hours and a diagnosis of myocardial infarction was made.
Autopsy findings : 1. Severe calcifying aortic valve stenosis.
2. Left'ventricular hypertrophy and dilatation.
3. Abdominal aorta aneurysm
Diagnosis: Atherosclerotic aneurysm with thrombosis.
