Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 29 year old female with two episodes of subarachnoidal bleeding.
The patient presented with unconscious and constricted pupils and the cerebrospinal fluid was bleeding.
Autopsy findings : 1. Aneurysm of the right anterior cerebral artery with rupture and bleeding.
2. Cecondary cortical cerebral infarction.
Diagnosis: Aneurysm of the right anterior cerebral artery
