Description

Clinical history : A 49 year old female with a history of hematemesis and malena.
Records report that she was anaemic with difficulty breathing.
Autopsy findings : 1. Postnecrotic liver cirrhosis.
2. Oesophageal varicose.
3. Splenomegaly.
4. Bronchopneumonia.
Diagnosis: 1. Post necrotic liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension
2. oesophageal varices
