dc.description.abstract Given the growing demand for responsible business practice in society today, this research paper aims to deepen understanding of the role of multi-stakeholder partners, and cross sector partnerships, as they are framed by stakeholder theory, and as they support corporate goals, and local and global sustainability. How the strategic partnerships, which are often built on the same purpose and vision, approach the sustainability of the corporate, the partners, the local community, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals globally, is included. The research is a qualitative analysis of a global organisation in the FMCG sector. This paper is based on extant literature on cross-sector sustainability partnerships and corporate strategic goals, and also stakeholder theory literature. Additionally, the report concludes with potential refinements and extensions to the literature on cross-sector partnerships and the corporate strategic goals they support.
