dc.description.abstract Due to the COVID19 pandemic, many libraries were forced to migrate to social media to communicate remotely with their communities, after many libraries were closed or were only providing limited access to their facilities. In this presentation, Elsabe will discuss a few basic marketing principles that apply to social media platforms. She will provide practical examples from an academic library marketer’s experience and perspective on how her team has adapted their social media marketing strategy in the current COVID-19 climate. en_ZA
