Mr. Gerard Moerdyk [Gerard Moerdijk], the South African Architect, criticises the Johannesburg Library Committee's action in proposing an assessor from overseas to judge the library competition. He also reacts to remarks made previously about the issue by Mr. V. Rees-Poole.
