dc.description.abstract The past decade has seen some huge investments into public transport in South Africa. These include Gautrain’s approximately R30bn between 2006 and 2011, R50–100bn committed for new rolling stock and infrastructure upgrades for PRASA, and around R30bn for the various urban and metropolitan integrated public transport/BRT systems. We are looking at R150–200bn in total! en_ZA
