dc.description.abstract Significant bone loss in the forearm involving both the radius and ulna is a difficult problem to manage. The functional outcome may be limited due to loss of pro- and supination. We present a case where significant bone loss of both the radius and the ulna in an adult patient was successfully reconstructed using segmental bone transport. The radius and ulna were transported independently from each other to try and maintain function. A reasonable functional result was achieved. en_ZA
