dc.description.abstract Haematological abnormalities are frequently encountered in the obstetric patient. Cytopenias are common, with anaemia and thrombocytopenia predominating. Many other haematological conditions are seen during pregnancy, however, in this review, I intend to describe the common abnormalities and the management thereof. en_ZA
