Abstract
We report on a rare case of an adult presenting with psychotic symptoms, including prominent
thought form disorder and an aphasia. Further investigation revealed the presence of a mature
teratoma in the left frontal lobe, which could have played a pathophysiological role in the
development of both the psychosis and the language impairment.
