dc.description	It is common knowledge that Coetzee revisited and reworked many of his older paintings during the 1980s, sometimes altering them to such an extent that the original was unrecognisable. The original painting of Dusk on a Farm dates to the mid 1970s and was altered in 1985. A photograph has been included of the original rendition for comparative purposes.	en_ZA
