dc.description This portrait of a young gypsy man portrays the immoral behavior of the society of the time. Eloff’s depiction of a cleft lip is supposed to show the fruits of such ill-behavior. The sculpture was posthumously cast in bronze and belongs to the Pretoria Art Museum. en_ZA
