dc.description Eloff’s sculpture is an interpretation of the Greek myth of Narcissus, a young man that broke Echo’s heart. The goddess Aphrodite was angered by this and made him fall in love with his own reflection in a pool. Narcissus sat watching the pool day and night until he died. en_ZA
