dc.description This lithograph is one of the nine lithographs which Bettie Cilliers-Barnard created in the studio of Jean-Paul Pons in Paris between March and May in 1981. The foreground is filled with a mass of heads with no recognizable identity and hovering above them is an emblematic cross-like figure defined by the light which surrounds it. en_ZA
