Abstract

Thermophilic Geobacillus spp. can efficiently hydrolyse hemicellulose polymers and are therefore of interest in biotechnological applications. Here we report the genomes of two hemicellulotyic strains, Geobacillus sp. CAMR12739 and CAMR5420.
