A photocopy of a photograph of (possibly) Mrs. W.H. Atteridge. She was chairlady of the Non-European and Asiatic Affairs of the City Council during the 1930s and she fought for better living conditions for the people of Atteridgeville, then called Motse Mogolo. Atteridgeville was named after her. |
