dc.description.abstract A study is conducted on the various aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) at Powertech Transformers to test the efficiency of the system. Case studies and samples are used to diagnose problems in QMS. Root cause analysis studies are conducted and trend analyses are conducted for the costs of Poor Quality. The results reveal possible problems in the system. en_US
