Abstract

Whether the direct and indirect measures in the National Credit aimed at the prevention of too much debt will in all respects attain its legislative objective, remains to be seen. However, it can be said with certainty that the Act, at least as far as the prevention side of debt is concerned, is a great improvement on its predecessors and something we could be proud of.
