dc.description.abstract Kimberly-Clark is a leading health and hygiene tissue manufacturer with operations in 40 countries. Their wide range of products is sold over 150 countries worldwide. On a daily basis people are making Kimberly-Clark a trusted part of their lives by using their family care brands and personal care brands. The project will focus on the Process Improvement Team from the manufacturing site of Kimberley-Clark Enstra Mill, in Springs. This Process Improvement Team has no specific structures and framework to operate effectively, and this causes their impact to be very limited. In order to have a significant impact, the Process Improvement Team needs a proper Process Improvement Framework. The aim of the project is to develop a Process Improvement Framework that will include a structured approach to problem identification, problem analysis, change management and continuous improvement. Literature was gathered and analysed, followed by the selection of methods, tools and techniques to assist in developing the solution for the Process Improvement Department. A Process Improvement Framework is developed that will significantly improve this tissue manufacturer organization in the upcoming future. en_US
