Abstract

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: France, recently amalgated breed.
SIZE: Large.
COLOUR: Corn coloured with light coloured hooves and pink muzzle.
PURPOSE: Beef.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Founded upon three ancient breeds: Garonnais, Quersey and Pyrenean Blond. Long bodied, large beef type with heavy hindquarters. Many cows shows downturned horns. Large pelvis thus facilitating easy birthing.

Description

The colour slides have been scanned with a HP ScanJet 5590 scanner; 24-bit true colour, 600 dpi, saved in JPEG-format. Downscaling was done with Adobe Photoshop.
